In the second half of the year 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into the family of sports. The father and her siblings played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha played softball, soccer, and basketball before she got into fitness at 15. Aleesha was awarded her professional card for winning the NPC USA Championships 2014 But she first started in 2008. She also participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. Her final score for 2015 was 9th. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and 2016, in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally included the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance came in 2020. She finished in fourth place. But the "World's toughest mother" had to take a break due to health issues.
